【摘要】 20 0 3年 2月至 5月间 ,国际媒体“SARS危机”报道经历了从失语到喧哗的过程 ,4月 2 0日后 ,媒体享受到了从未有过的在涉及社会稳定重大议题上的信息公开。本文通过量化分析 ,检视国内媒体“非典危机”报道的得失 ,认为媒体表现可圈可点之处颇多 ,但也存在着问题。信息开放是一柄双刃剑 ,媒体在获得自主权的同时 ,要求更具理性。在立体化、多元化的传播生态中 ,主流媒体的舆论引导功能必须建立在信息公开、信息务实和充分的基础上。在全球化的环境下 ,政府需要提高利用媒体进行危机公关的能力 ,将媒体纳入科学、高效的公共管理大系统中。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the period of February to May 2003, China was involved the SARS Crisis and the national media coverage of the event experienced two stages: from silence to high fever. After April 20, the media begun to enjoy the information openness which was never happened before in terms of reporting the magnificent social issues. This paper examines the loss and achievement of the media reports on the SARS Crisis by employing the quantity analysis and points out that when the media achieve the greater freedom, they ought to be more rational.更多还原
