【摘要】 目的 观察甘利欣(甘草酸二铵)治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法 将140例慢性乙肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用甘利欣150mg每日1次静滴,并给予常规保肝药物和维生素治疗;对照组采用除甘利欣外的其余治疗,疗程均为30天。结果 治疗组有效率为85.7％,对照组有效率为55.7％,差异有显著(P<0.05)治疗后肝功能指标与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 甘利欣治疗慢性乙肝可改善症状,促进肝功能恢复,疗效确切且安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose Observing the curative effects of 甘利欣(Glycyrrhizate diammonium) for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 140 cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group. The therapeutic group was given intravenous drip of 150mg 甘利欣 meanwhile, regular liver-protective drugs and Vitamins were also provided to the group. Except intravenous drip of甘利欣, the other treatments remained the same to the control group. The course of treatment is the same to both of the two groups, which is 30 days. Results Effective rate of the therapeutic group is 85. 7%, and for the control group it is 55. 7%. The difference is remarkable (P<0. 05). After the treatment, the indexes of liver function of these two groups are markedly different (P<0. 05). Conclusion Using 甘利欣 for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B can better improve symptoms and it can also accelerate recovering speed of liver function. It is proved to be safe and accurate.更多还原
