【摘要】 目的　探讨胆道手术后功能性胃排空障碍的发生原因、诊断和治疗方法。方法　对 1989～ 2 0 0 2年间14例胆道手术后胃排空障碍患者的临床资料进行分析。结果　上消化道造影、胃镜检查对其有诊断价值。所有患者 14～ 65天内治愈。结论　手术对胃窦部的损伤使胃肠运动功能受影响是胃排空障碍的主要原因 ,糖尿病是诱发因素 ,保守治疗可治愈 ,胃镜和红霉素对功能性胃排空障碍有一定的治疗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To inve stigate the causes, diagnosis and treatment of functional disorder of gastric emptying a fter bile duct surgery.?Methods The clinical records of 14 cases of gastric emptying dysfunction after bile duct surgery, 1989～2002, we re reviewed.Result and Conclusion It was found that gastr oscopy and upper alimentary tract X-ray were crucial for diagnosis. The injury o f pyloric antrum in surgery was the main cause. Diabetes was a predisposing fact or. Gastroscopy and erythromycine were found to be beneficial. The condition can be treated conservatively without surgery.更多还原
