【摘要】 目的　探讨后腹腔镜在肾上腺手术中的应用和临床效果。方法　采用后腹腔镜完成 13例肾上腺占位性病变切除术 ,观察手术时间、术中出血量和术中术后并发症。结果　 13例手术全部成功 ,术后病理检查证实 :肾上腺皮质腺瘤 12例 (原发性醛固酮增多症 10例、皮质醇腺瘤 2例 ) ,肾上腺囊肿 1例。手术平均时间 6 0min ,平均出血量 10ml,无严重并发症。术后住院时间 4～ 6天 ,平均 5 .2天。结论　该术式具有微创、出血量少、恢复快等特点 ,可望成为治疗肾上腺占位性病变的首选方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application and clinical values of retroperitoneal laparoscopy for adrenal surgery. Methods 13 Cases of adrenal space-occupying lesions were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopy surgery. The operation time, blood loss, complications during and after operation were noted. Results Success was achieved in all of the 13 cases uneventfully. Pathologic study confirmed there were 12 cases of adrenal adenoma (10 primary aldosteronism, 2 adrenocortical adenoma) and 1 case of adrenal cyst. The average operation time was 60 min, the average blood loss was 10 ml. No complications occurred during operation. The average hospital stay after operation was 5.2 days. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopy surgery for adrenal space-occupying lesions has many advantages of minimal trauma, little blood loss and rapid healing. The procedure should be the first -choice treatment for adrenal space-occupying lesions.更多还原
