【摘要】 目的　提高对肾上腺肿瘤自发出血的认识及诊治水平。方法　回顾性分析 2例肾上腺肿瘤自发出血患者的诊治资料 ,并进行有关文献复习。结果　 2例患者均以肾上腺肿瘤自发出血为首诊 ,进一步检查均发现有肺部肿瘤 ,经保守治疗后 ,同时行患侧肾上腺全切及肺癌根治切除术 ;术后病理报告 1例为腺癌 ,1例为鳞癌 ,且肺部肿瘤和肾上腺肿瘤的病理相同。结论　肾上腺肿瘤自发出血是泌尿外科急症 ,临床表现复杂 ,除肾上腺原发肿瘤外 ,还应考虑到转移性肿瘤的可能 ,B超、CT是常用的有效的诊断方法。通过复习文献 ,认为对肾上腺偶发瘤应积极诊治更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous hemorrhage from adrenal gland tumors.?Methods Two cases of spontaneous bleeding in adrenal tumor were presented with literature review.?Results 2 cases were diagnosed with both adrenal and lung neoplasms by ultrasonography and CT. After medical therapy, radical operations were performed in the lung and adrenal. Pathologic examination showed the histology of the adrenal tumor was identical to that of the lung tumor, either as squamous cell carcinoma or as adenocarcinoma.?Conclusions Spontaneous bleeding in adrenal tumor is a urological emergency. Medical therapy should be prescribed first. Ultrasonography and CT are useful for locating the primary and metastatic tumors. On the basis of the variety of documented cases, it can be seen that all incidentalomas of the adrenal should be treated positively.更多还原
