【Abstract】 As an important part of the market economy, the industry of intermediary service performs peculiar functions in China’s social and economic development. This paper deals with the issues currently existing in this industry, such as the enormous number of intermediaries run by governmental organizations, the lack of sincerity and credit, and the low competency of the staff, etc. It then puts up some constructive suggestions in regard to these problems.更多还原
