【摘要】 介绍了南京某集团一工业厂房的增层改造设计 .增层改造设计的要点是底层不再增设柱子 ;以钢混凝土作为组合梁板结构 ;新层楼板采用组合楼板 .这种增层改造设计既利用了原有厂房的富余承载能力 ,又能加快施工速度节省工期 .设计方案还提出了钢梁支承、框架梁的加固方法更多还原

【Abstract】 The floor adding design for a one storied factory building of an industrial group in Nanjing is introduced.The main ideas include:no additional column is arranged at the ground floor,the composite beam is made of steel concrete,and the composite floor slabs form the new floor.This design makes use of the existing load bearing capacity,and will not take much time to complete it.The measures to support the steel beams and the method to consolidate the framework are provided.更多还原
