硅油基磁流体的制备
Preparation of Polydimethylsiloxane-based Ferrofluid
【摘要】 共沉淀法制备的磁性颗粒经二次分散后稳定悬浮于硅油中 ,得到了硅油基磁流体 .进行了磁性颗粒的制备 ,研究了磁性颗粒的浓度对硅油基磁流体的磁性能、温度对磁流体粘度的影响以及二次分散的分散机理 .在透射电镜下其分散性良好 ,很少有粒子的聚集现象
【Abstract】 The magnetic particles prepared through coprecipitation suspend stably in the fluid of polydimethylsiloxane after twice dispersing,and so the polydimethylsiloxane based ferrofluid is prepared.The researchers prepared the magnetic particles and studied the influence of the density of the magnetic particles on the magnetism of the polydimethylsiloxance based ferrofluid,the influence of temperature on the viscosity of the ferrofluid,and the mechanism of the twice dispersing.The magnetic particles are satisfactorily dispersed in the photos of the ferrofluid by TEM.
