【Abstract】 The complex H2EDTA (H4EDTA=ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) was obtained. A monocrystalline Xray study shows that the complex is an ion compound (MnC10H26N2O14). The coordination geometry about manganese atom is octahedral. The compound H2EDTA belongs to monoclinic system, P21/c space group with a=0.782 48(2) nm, b=\{1.353 7(3)\} nm, c=0.840 09(2) nm, β=92.18(3)°, V=0.889 2(3) nm3, μ=0820 mm-1, Z=2, Mr=45327, Dc=1693 g/cm3, F(000)=474, R=0030 4, Rw=0073 2. The centrosymmetric Mn(H2O)62+ and H2EDTA2- species are tied into a threedimensional network through an elaborate pattern of hydrogen bonding.更多还原
