连云港台南盐田中嗜盐菌数量分布的调查
The Investigation on Numerical Distribution of Halophilic Bacteria in Tainan Brine Pan of Lianyungang
【摘要】 在连云港台南盐田中取卤水和底泥样品,以盐(NaCl)为限制性生长因子,采用含4%、12%和25%的NaCl平 板对嗜盐菌的分布状况进行调查,表明盐田中嗜盐菌数量在夏季最多,每毫升卤水中最高为1.4×104个,而在同一季节 每克底泥中嗜盐菌数量高于卤水中约1~2个数量级.
【Abstract】 Collecting water and soil samples from Tainan brine pan of Lianyungang, taking salt(NaCl) as the sole growth limiting factor, we have investigated the numerical distribution of halophilic bacteria with the media containing 4%, 12% and 25% mass-concentration of NaCl. The results show that the greatest amount of halophilic bacteria appears in Summer (1. 4×104 colonies per milliliter in water samples) , and at the same season the amount of them in per gram of soil samples is 10-102 times as large as in water samples.
