KF-蒙脱土催化下3-芳基-3-环己烯基丙酸酯衍生物的合成
Synthesis of 3-aryl-3cyclohexeneyl Propanoic Ester Derivatives Catalyzed by KF-Montmorillonite
【摘要】 在KF-蒙脱土催化下,将芳香醛、5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮及丙二酸亚异丙酯在醇中反应,一锅炒合成了一系列3-芳基-3-(5,5-二甲基-3-羟基-2-环己烯-1-酮-2-基)丙酸酯.通过单晶X射线衍射分析确定了产物的结构,并提出了可能的反应机理.
【Abstract】 A series of 3-aryl-3-(5, 5-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-2-cyclohexene-1-one-2-yl) propanoic esters were synthesized by reaction between aromatic aldehydes, 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione and isopropylidene malonate catalyzed by KF-montmorillonite in alcohols. The structure of 4b was determined by X-ray analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, P21/c space group with a = 0.898 3(6) nm, b=1.226 4(4) nm, c=1. 646 6(4) nm, α=90° β=91. 34°, γ=90°, V=1. 813(1) nm3, Z=4, Dc = l. 285 g/cm3, μ = 2. 29 cm-1, F(000) = 744. A possible mechanism for this reaction is postulated.
