【摘要】 目的　分析泰安市 1990～ 2 0 0 0年职业人群的死因谱及潜在寿命损失年 (PYLL)以探讨职业人群的死因顺位和主要的卫生问题。方法　按国际疾病分类标准 (ICD 9)方法进行主要死因的分类 ,用SPSS10 0统计分析软件计算死因构成比、PYLL和PYLL相对比。结果　按照死因构成比顺序 ,前 5位死因为恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、损伤与中毒、呼吸系统疾病 ;按照PYLL排序 ,损伤与中毒、消化系统疾病分别提升了 2位 ,而呼吸系统疾病则下降了 1位 ;按照PYLL相对比排序 ,前 5位依次是损伤与中毒、泌尿生殖系统疾病、消化系统疾病、恶性肿瘤和心血管疾病。另外 ,将人群按性别以及职业分层后 ,其死因顺位也有各自的特点。结论　综合分析后 ,可知泰安市职业人群的主要死因和卫生问题应是恶性肿瘤、损伤与中毒、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、消化系统疾病 ,而造成早死的主要疾病是损伤与中毒 ,以及男性的消化系统疾病和女性的泌尿生殖系统疾病更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes of death and potential years of life lost (PYLL) for the o ccupational population in Tai’an from the year 1990 to 2000, and to find the seq uence of death causes and the priority of health problems of the population. Methods Data of the cases were sorted and analyzed based on ICD-9, and the proportion r ate, PYLL and PYLL ratio were calculated with SPSS 10.0. Results According to the proportion rate, the sequence of death causes was malignant neo plasm, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, injure and poisoning, diseases of the respiratory system; according to PYLL, the positions of injure and poisonin g and disease of the digestive system in the sequence were all raised two grades , and disease of the respiratory system was downgraded one grade; accor ding to PYLL rate, the sequence of the first five positions was injure and poiso ning, disease of the urological and reproductive system, diseases of digestive s ystem, malignant neoplasm, heart disease. Meanwhile, the sequence of death caus es was different when the population was stratified by sex and occupation. Conclusion The major death causes of the occupational population in Tai’an were malignant n eoplasm, injure and poisoning, heart diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, disease s of the digestive system, while the main causes of early death were injure and poisoning, diseases of the digestive system in male and diseases of the urologic al and reproductive system in female.更多还原
