【摘要】 目的 :观察甲氧氯普胺与多潘立酮 2种胃动力药联合应用对剖宫产术后预防和减轻术后腹胀的效果。方法 :选择剖宫产产妇 30 0例 ,按手术顺序分成A ,B 2组。A为奇数 ,B为偶数各 15 0人。A为对照组 ,术后立即肌内注射维生素B110 0mg ,6h后给复合维生素B 2片 ,po ,tid ,餐前 30min ,至肛门排气停药 ;B组为试验组 ,剖宫产术后立即肌内注射甲氧氯普胺 10mg ,6h后给多潘立酮 10mg ,po ,tid ,餐前 30min ,至肛门排气停药。通过肛门排气时间观察疗效。结果 :B组显效 4 2 % ,有效 5 6% ,总有效率 98%。A组显效 8% ,有效 2 6% ,总有效率 34% ,2组比较差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。未出现锥体外系的不良反应 ,仅 2例出现轻微腹痛。结论 :甲氧氯普胺与多潘立酮能较好预防或减轻剖宫产术后腹胀的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the effect of metoclopramide combined with domperidone in preventing and relieving postcesarean abdominal distension. METHODS: Three hundred parturients who underwent cesarean were divided into two groups. All of the patients in group A (control group) were given vitamin B 1 100 mg, im, just after cesarean and after 6 h, compound vitamin B 2 tables po, tid 30 min before diet. This administration continued until anus exhale. The patients in group B(experiment group) were given metoclopramide 10 mg, im, just after cesarean and after 6 h, given domperidone 10 mg, po, tid 30 min before diet. The adminstration continued until anus exhale. RESULTS: The preventive and curative effect in group B was better than that in group A. In group B the significant effective rate was 42 % and effective rate was 56 %, the total effective rate was 98 %, while in group A those were 8 %, 26 %, and 34 %, respectively. There was significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.01). There were no adverse reactions on extrapyramidal system. Only two patients had mild abdominalgia. CONCLUSION: Metoclopramide combined with domperidone can prevent or relieve the abdominal distension following cesarean ideally.更多还原
