【摘要】 目的 :比较米安色林与阿普唑仑治疗焦虑症的疗效及不良反应。方法 :85例焦虑症分为 2组 ,米安色林组 4 3例 [男性 2 2例 ,女性 2 1例 ;年龄(39±s 13)a],予米安色林 30～ 60mg ,po ,qd ;4wk为一个疗程。阿普唑仑组 4 2例 [男性 2 3例 ,女性19例 ;年龄 (41± 12 )a],予阿普唑仑 0 .8mg ,po ,bid ;4wk为一个疗程。结果 :米安色林组有效率为77% ,阿普唑仑组 71% ,2组疗效比较经Ridit分析P >0 .0 5。药物不良反应发生率米安色林组与阿普唑仑组差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :米安色林与阿普唑仑治疗焦虑症临床疗效和不良反应相似更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To compare the clinical effects and advevse reactions of mianserin and alparazolam in the treatment of anxiety disorder. METHODS: Eighty-five anxiety disorder patients were divided into two groups. Forty-three patients (M 22, F 21; age (39±s 13)a) were treated with mianserin, 30-60 mg, po, qd for 4 wk; forty-two patients (M 23, F 19; age (41±12)a) were treated with alprazolam, 0.8 mg, po, bid for 4 wk. RESULTS: The total clinical effective rates were 77 % for mianserin group, and 71 % for alprazolam group (P>0.05). The adverse reactions in mianserin group and alprazolam group had no significant difference. CONCLUSION: The clinical effects and adverse reactions of mianserin and alparazolam in the treatment of anxiety disorder are similar.更多还原
