【摘要】 目的 :比较血塞通、蝮蛇抗栓酶、降纤酶、尿激酶 4种药物治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 :将 98例脑梗死病人 ,分为 4组。血塞通组 2 4例 ,男性 18例 ,女性 6例 ,年龄 (5 4±s 10 )a ,用血塞通 2 0 0～ 4 0 0mg ,iv ,gtt,qd× 15d ;蝮蛇抗栓酶组 2 6例 ,男性 2 0例 ,女性 6例 ,年龄 (5 5± 10 )a ,用蝮蛇抗栓酶 2～ 3U ,iv ,gtt ,qd× 2 1d ;降纤酶组 30例 ,男性 2 2例 ,女性 8例 ,年龄 (5 2± 10 )a ,用降纤酶 10U ,iv ,gtt ,qd× 3d ,d 4降纤酶 5U ,iv ,gtt ,qd× 3～ 4d ;尿激酶组18例 ,男性 13例 ,女性 5例 ,年龄 (5 4± 10 )a ,给尿激酶首剂 10 0万U ,iv ,30min后用尿激酶 2 5～ 5 0万U ,iv ,gtt ,1h滴完 ,d 2用尿激酶 10 0万U ,iv ,gtt ,qd× 10d。结果 :治疗 1个疗程后 ,血塞通、蝮蛇抗栓酶、降纤酶、尿激酶 4组有效率分别为 92 % ,92% ,96 % ,94 % ,经F检验 ,差别无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :4组治疗脑梗死药物疗效相似更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To compare the effects of Xuesaitong, Fushekangshuanmei, defibrase, and uroknase in the treatment of cerebral infarction. METHODS: Ninety eight patients with cerebral infarction were divided into four groups. Xuesaitong group of 24 patients (M 18, F 6; age (54± s 10)a) was treated with Xuesaitong 200 400 mg, iv, gtt, qd×15 d. Fushekangshuanmei group of 26 patients (M 20, F 6; (55±10)a) was treated with Fushekangshuanmei 2 3 U, iv, gtt, qd×21 d. Defibrase group of 30 patients (M 22, F 8; (52±10)a) was treated with defibrase 10 U, iv, gtt, qd×3 d, then d 4 with 5 U, iv, gtt, qd×3 4 d. Urokinase group of 18 patients (M 13, F 5; age (54±10)a) was treated with urokinase 1 000 000 U, iv, at first time, 30 min later with urokinase 250 000 500 000 U, iv, gtt, and finished within 1 h, d 2 with urokinse 1 000 000 U, iv, gtt, qd×10 d. RESULTS: After one course of treatment the effective rates of four groups were 92 % , 92 %, 96 %, and 94 %, respectively. The differences were not significant by F test ( P > 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: The effects of the four drugs in the treatment of cerebral infarction are similar.更多还原
