【摘要】 目的 :探讨CT在主动脉夹层中的诊断价值 ,提高对本病CT诊断的正确性。方法 :对 11例主动脉夹层的CT表现进行回顾性分析总结。结果 :DeBaKeyⅢ型 10例、Ⅰ型 1例 ;增强扫描显示内膜片 8例、平扫显示 3例 ;内膜破口显示 3例 ;真腔大于假腔 9例 ,真腔小于假腔 2例 ;假腔形态多样呈半球形、新月形、环绕形、不规则形。结论 :CT增强扫描对主动脉夹层能作出准确及时的诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate CT diagnostic value in aortic dissection and improve the correct diagnosis of CT for this disease.Methods:11 cases of aortic dissection of CT manifestation were analyzed and summarized retsespectively.Results:DeBekey typeⅢ were 10 cases,type Ⅰ was 1 cases.Plan scan finding the inner diaphragms of aorta are 3 cases.Enhancing scan finging the inner diaphragms of aorta are 8 cases.Real cavities of aorta are bigger than false cavities (9 cases).The real cavities of aorta are smaller than the false cavities(2 cases).The perforation of the endarterium are found 3 cases.The false cavity have many manifesttaions.It can be classified into:hemisphere, meniscus,ringlike and irregular forms.Conclusion:CT enhancing scan can make an accurate and timely diagnosis for aortic dissection.更多还原
