【摘要】 目的 :评价MRI线性测量与痴呆程度的相关性及对Alzheimer’s病的诊断价值。方法 :对 40例临床诊断为AD患者的MRI进行侧脑室额角宽度、钩回间距、颞角宽度等指标测量 ,其结果与神经心理测验做相关性分析。结果 :颞角增宽和钩回间距扩大与心理测验结果关系密切 ,与痴呆严重程度呈正相关。结论 :MRI线性测量颞角增宽和钩回间距扩大即可作为早期诊断AD的指标之一 ,又可作为判断痴呆程度的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlat io n between MRI linear measurement and dementia degree and the diagnostic value f or Alzheimer’s disease.Methods:The width of frontal horn of lateral ve ntricle,the spacing of claw ictalurus and the width of temporal horn of lateral ventricle were measured with MRI linearity for 40 cases with AD and the correlat ive analysis was made with intellgence quotient (IQ).Results:There is a intimate relationship betwee n the enlarged temporal horn of lateral ventricle and the spacing of claw ic talurus and the IQ.Conclusion:MRI linear measurement the enlarged temporal horn of lateral ventricle and the spacing of claw ictalurus is usfu l for the diagnosis of AD and it is one of the marker for judging the dementia d egree.更多还原
