【摘要】 目的 :探究乳腺X线立体定位穿刺活检技术及其在诊断临床不可触及的乳腺病变 (nonpalpablebreastlesion ,NPBL)上的应用。方法 :对 2 9个NPBL进行SCNB检查 ,井与手术病理对照 ,分析SCNB技术的操作方法。结果 :对 2 9个乳腺病变的检查 ,诊断符合率为 86 .2 % ,无假阳性。结论 :本技术对应用取材部位的深度由电子计算机指导完成 ,定位准确 ,操作简单 ,安全可靠。熟练掌握SCNB技术 ,可望提高早期癌的诊断水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the technique of radio-stereotactic mammography aspiration biopsy and the clinical usage in nonpalpable breast lesion (NPBL).Methods:The stereotactic mammography aspiration biopsy was performed on 29 NPBLs,the results were compared with pathology.The technique and operation skills of (SCNB) were studied.Results:In this 29 breast foci,the accuracy of diagnosis was 86.2%.No false positive was found.Conclusion:In this technique,the distance between the needle tip and focus central was calculated by computer.This is a effective?easy operate and safe tool for the localization and very valuable in the diagnosis of in early cancer.更多还原
