【摘要】 目的 :探讨喉癌的X线与CT表现及其对喉癌诊断的临床价值。方法 :对经手术和病理证实的 2 0例喉癌作回顾性分析。结果 :声门上癌 8例 ,声门癌 6例 ,跨声门癌 6例 ,其中 5例累及会厌前间隙和喉旁间隙 ,3例侵犯前联合 ,18例有颈淋巴结转移。结论 :CT在诊断喉癌及其浸润范围上较准确 ,优于X线检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the imaging features of laryngeal carcinoma and judge the clinical value in the diagnosis for laryngeal carcinoma.Methods:20 patients with laryngeal carcinoma comfirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:8 cases of supraglottic type,6 of glottic type and 6 of transglottic type,5 cases of involving preepiglottic space and paralaryngeal spase.3 of involving anterior commissure.There were metastatic lymphatic node in 18 cases.Conclusion:CT scan shown a sign available and reliable for laryngeal carcinoma and CT was better than X-ray examination.更多还原
