【摘要】 目的 :探讨积水型无脑畸形的病因、病理及CT诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法 :本文对 11例积水型无脑畸形患者的临床与CT资料进行了回顾性分析 ,11例均行CT平扫 ,4例加行冠状位与矢状位重建。结果 :11例CT扫描均表现为幕上双侧大脑半球及脑室绝大部分缺失 ,仅见少许残存的枕、额和 /或颞叶组织 ,幕下结构正常。结论 :CT扫描能直接显示积水型无脑畸形的大体病理改变 ,对本病的诊断具有很大的价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis,pathology,CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis value of hydranencephaly.Methods:CT manifestations and clinical data of 11 cases with hydranencephaly were analyzed retrospectively.Plain scan was 11 cases and sagittal and coronal reconstruction was 4 cases.Results:CT finding of 9 cases were almost defect of bilateral cerebral hemisphere and ventricle. Only a little remainder of occipital, frontal and/or temporal lobes were appearant.The structure of subtentorium was normal.Conclusion:CT scan directly showed all appearances of hydranencephaly and was great valuable for diagnosing this disease.更多还原
