【摘要】 目的 :探讨二尖瓣成形球囊扩张法在贲门失弛缓症治疗中的价值。方法 :应用二尖瓣成形球囊导管对 2 4例贲门失弛缓症患者在透视监测下进行扩张治疗 ,隔周 1次 ,每位患者扩张 1～ 3次 ,共扩 53次 ,平均 2 .2次。扩张后行钡餐检查与扩张前比较 ,并随诊观察 6～ 1 2个月 ,在观察过程中再次吞咽困难者再扩张。结果 :所有病例扩张后症状均有明显改善 (1 0 0 % )。其中 ,2例维持时间最长 ,达 1 1个月 (8% ) ;维持 3～ 5个月 1 5例 (63 % ) ;维持 2个月 5例 (2 1 % ) ;最短为 1个月 2例 (8% )。本组病例中没有任何并发症发生。结论 :二尖瓣成形球囊扩张法 ,在短期内改善贲门失弛缓症症状安全有效 ,简便易行更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of the balloon of mitral valvuloplasty dilatation on the treatment of cardiac achalasia.Methods:24 patients with cardiac achalasia were treated by the balloon of mitral valvuloplasty dilatation under fluoroscopic guidance. They were repeated every other week, which were dilated 1 to 3 times according to the condition,total 53 times,mean 2.2 times.The results after dilatation were compared with that before treatment by barium meal examination,and they were followed up for 6 to 12 months. The relapse of dysphagia had been treated by the balloon dilatation once again during follow up time.Results:Clinical symptoms of all cases were greatly improved after dilatation (100%).The best lasted 2 cases (8%) for 11 months,15 cases maintained for 3～5 months (63%),5 cases maintained for 2 months (21%), and 2 cases kept for 1 months (8%). There were not any complications at all in this group.Conclusion:This method is a safe, effective, simple and easy therapy to patients with cardiac achalasia in short period.更多还原
