【摘要】 目的 :研究中药复方制剂毒素清口服液对老年肺炎自由基代谢的影响。方法 :实验分老龄对照组和模型组、毒素清口服液高低剂量组、氟哌酸组 5组 ,用气管插管法注入大肠杆菌复制肺炎模型。观察各组外周血和肺泡灌洗液超氧化物歧化酶活性 (SOD) ,丙二醛 (MDA)、一氧化氮 (NO)含量 ,中性粒细胞计数 ,肺脏组织病理改变。结果 :肺炎老龄大鼠的肺组织损伤明显。与老龄对照组比较 ,老龄模型组血清和肺泡灌洗液SOD活性显著降低 ,NO、MDA含量显著增高。老龄模型组中性粒细胞高于老龄对照组。与老龄模型组比较 ,高剂量组血SOD活性显著升高、肺泡灌洗液NO和中性粒细胞含量显著降低 ,各用药组血清和肺泡灌洗液MDA含量显著降低。结论 :毒素清口服液对老龄大鼠大肠杆菌肺炎自由基损伤有明显拮抗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Dusuqing of TCM on Free Radical in the Aged Rats with Escherihia Coli Pneumonia. Method: Divided the rats into aged control group(ACG), aged model group(AMG), high doses group(HDG) and low doses group(LDG) of Dusuqing and norfloxacin group and duplicated the model of rats with Escherihia coli pneumonia. It was observed that the lung pathologecal change , and the level of neutrophil,nitride oxide(NO),malandialdehyde(MDA), the activity of Super oxide demutase(SOD) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) and in serum. Result: The lung tissue injury in the AMG were more obvious than that in the ACG. The serum and BALF SOD activity decreased and the content of NO and MDA increased remarkable in the AMG than those in ACG. The count of neutrophil in AMG was higher than that in ACG. Compared with those in AMG, the serum SOD activity increased, and the BALF NO content and the count of neutrophil decreased in HDG, and the content of serum and BALF MDA in all drug groups decreased. Conclusion: The FR injury were concerned with the pathological development in the aged rats with pneumonia. Dusuqing might alleviate the injury of lung tissue via decreasing the count of neutrophil , alleviating the FR injury.更多还原
