【摘要】 目的 :探讨超声检查对儿童中枢性性早熟的诊断价值。方法 :运用病例对照研究的方法 ,结合LHRH激发试验 ,对49例中枢性性早熟和49例外周性性早熟女童的超声资料进行回顾性分析。采用成组t检验分析超声检查结果 ,比较PI值与LHRH激发试验的结果并作流行病学分析。结果 :多普勒PI值对CPP诊断的敏感度为91 8 % ,特异度63 3 % ,阳性似然比 +LR=2.50 ,阴性似然比 -LR=0.13。结论 :超声检查对儿童中枢性性早熟具有重要的诊断价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of central precocious puberty.Methods:By the method of case-control study together with LHRH stimulating test,gray-scale sonographic uterine and ovarian evaluation together with color Doppler analysis of the uterine artery were retraspectively performed in 98 girls,including 49 cases of central precocious puberty and 49 cases of peripheral precocious puberty.By two-group t-test,the results of trasonography were analysed.The values of PI and LHRH stimulating test were compared and epidemiology analysis was done.Reuslts:Sensitivity,specificity,positive likelihood radio and negative likelihood radio of PI in diagnosis of CPP were 91.8%,63.3%,2.50 and 0.13 respectively.Conclusion:Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of central precocious puberty has important value.更多还原
