【摘要】 目的 :了解醒脑注射液是否具有长期毒性作用 ,为临床应用提供资料。方法 :给大鼠腹腔注射不同剂量的醒脑注射液 ,连续给药20天 ,并持续观察40天。结果 :各实验组大鼠在注射醒脑注射液后 ,一般反应良好 ,其活动、生长情况及其生理功能与对照组比较均无显著差异 ;肠、肝、肾等脏器病理检查亦未发现异常改变。结论 :该药无明显毒副作用 ,具有临床用药的安全性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The experiment was used to test whether awaking brai n injection had long term toxicity so as to provide information on clinical application.Methods:Different dosages of awaking brain injection were injected to the mice abdominal cavities for20days running and also observed for40days continuously in order to test its toxicity.Results:After injection on mice,the reaction is good.There’s no significant difference fromthose of control group in their activity,growth as well as physiological functions.No abnormal change for their intestines,livers and kidneys was found by pathological check up.Conclusion:The medicine has no evident toxic and side effect.It has clinical safety on medical usage.更多还原
