【摘要】 目的 :探讨乌体林斯、干扰素及联合应用对人肺腺癌A549 细胞系的细胞毒性作用。方法 :实验分为对照组、乌体林斯组、干扰素组及联合用药组 ,应用MTT法检测各组的A值 ,计算其抑制率。结果 :乌体林斯和干扰素对人肺腺癌A549 细胞系均有直接抑制作用 ,联合用药能明显提高抗肿瘤效应。结论 :乌体林斯与干扰素联合应用具有协同抗肿瘤效应 ,这些将为临床上肺癌的综合治疗提供新的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the toxic effects of Utilin”s”and interferon-γ(INF-γ)on human lung adenocarcinoma A 549 cell line.Methods:Cell growth inhibition was determined by MTTcolorimetry assay.Results:Both Utilin”s”and INF-γshowed directly growth inˉhibition on human lung carcinoma A 549 cell line.Utilin”s”could enhance cell growth inhibition effect of INF-γwhen used together.Conclusion:Utilins”s”combined with INF-γhas significant synergistic antitumor effect on human lung adenocarcinoma A 549 cell line.These results give exˉperimental evidence for the combining therapy of human lung cancer.更多还原
