【摘要】 目的 :探讨胃癌癌变中幽门螺杆菌 (HP)及其CagA+基因株感染的情况。方法 :应用组织学和免疫印迹技术分别检测胃癌及萎缩性胃炎患者HP和HpCagA +基因株的感染率。结果 :胃癌组、萎缩性胃炎组的HP阳性率均显著高于正常组(P<0.01) ,胃癌组和萎缩性胃炎组HpCogA+基因株阳性率均显著高于正常组 (P<0.05～0.01) ,胃癌组的HpCagA+基因株阳性率显著高于萎缩性胃炎组 (P<0.01)。结论 :HpCagA +基因株的检测同HP检测一样 ,可作为协助胃癌早期诊断的一个指标 ,并且对HpCagA +基因株阳性的萎缩性胃炎患者进行追踪 ,有利于癌变的早期发现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To access the relation between helicobator pylori and cytotoxin-associated of HP in the progression of gastric canˉcer.Methods:We used histology and immunoblot assay To examie HP and HpCogA + in the patients of artrophic gastritis and gastric canˉcer.Results:The expression of HP in gastric cancer and artrophic gastritic is significantly higher than normal(P<0.01);the expression of HpCogA + in gastric cancer and artrophic gastritic is significantly higher than normal(P<0.05～0.01),the expression of HpCogA + in gastric cancer is higher than in artrophic gastritic.Conclusion:As the examination of HP,HpCogA + can be a maker for the early diagnosis of gastric cancer,to observe the HpCogA + positive patient of artrophic gastritic is good at finding gastric cancer.更多还原
