【摘要】 目的:观察Gamma钉和DHS不同内植物治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法:以Gamma钉和DHS内固定分别治疗股骨转子间骨折43例和36例,通过随访病人的功能评定,将两组中相同骨折类型病人的疗效相互比较。结果:对Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型股骨转子间骨折,两种内植物都能维持良好的固定,ⅢA型、Ⅴ型骨折Gamma组有较高的优良率,ⅢB型和Ⅳ型骨折,DHS组的优良率稍高。结论:Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型骨折两种内植物都有良好的疗效,但Gamma钉的创伤更小,ⅢA型、Ⅴ型骨折用Gamma钉内固定更为合适,ⅢB型和Ⅳ型骨折DHS固定的效果较前者稍优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of different internal fixation in treating intertrochanteric fracture of femur with Gamma nail and dynamic hip screw (DHS).Methods:The internal fixation with Gamma nail or DHS wsa respectively used to treat 43cases and 36 cases with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.the function was evaluated by postoperative follow-up.The curative effect of the same fracture in two groups was compared each other.Results:The two kinds of internal fixation were all good for the type Ⅰ and Ⅱ of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.For the type IIIA and V of fracture,the fine rate in the gamma group was higher than that in the DHSgroup ,but for the type ⅢB and Ⅳ,the fine rate in the DHSgroup was a little higher.Conclusion:The two Kinds of internal fixation have the same fine curative effect for treating the hype Ⅰ and Ⅱ of intertrochanteric fracture of femur,but the Gamma nail has less trauma.The internal fixation of Gamma nail is more Suitable for the type ⅢA and V of fracture.While the fixation of DHSis a little superior to the former in treating the type ⅢB and Ⅳ of tracture.更多还原
