南方汉族慢性髓细胞性白血病与HLA-DPB1等位基因的相关性研究
Association of HLA-DPB1 Alleles with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia in Southern Chinese Hans
【摘要】 为了探讨慢性髓细胞性白血病 (CML)与人类白细胞抗原 (HLA)DPB1基因的相关性和分析其遗传易感性 ,采用测序分型技术 (SBT)对 86例主要为广东藉的南方汉族CML患者和 82例健康对照者进行HLA DPB1基因分型。结果表明HLA DPB1 130 1和DPB1 2 0 0 11的基因频率在病例组高于对照组。结论 :这些等位基因与CML间可能存在正相关关系
【Abstract】 To clarify the association between HLA DPB1 alleles and chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) in South Chinese, the allelic types of HLA DPB1 were detected by sequence based typing (SBT) in 86 patients with CML and 82 healthy individuals from Southern China. The results showed that the frequencies of HLA DPB1*1301 and DPB1*20011 were higher in patients with CML in comparison with those of healthy individuals. It is concluded that positive association may exist between certain HLA DPB1 alleles and CML.
