【摘要】 为了探讨血液病患者体内粒 巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (GM CSF)自分泌水平的变化 ,采用放射免疫法检测了 36例慢性再生障碍性贫血 (CAA) ,4 2例慢性粒细胞白血病 (CML) ,5 4例急性髓系白血病 (AML) ,31例急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL) ,4 0例健康查体者血清GM CSF水平。结果发现 ,慢性再生障碍性贫血患者血清GM CSF水平显著增高 ,急性和慢性的白血病患者的血清GM CSF水平显著降低。结论 :急、慢性白血病和慢性再障患者体内GM CSF自分泌水平有明显异常更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the serum level of granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM CSF) in hematopathy patients, radioimmunoassay was used to detect GM CSF level in serum from 163 cases of hematopathy, including 36 chronic aplastic anemia, 42 chronic granulocytic leukemia, 54 acute myeloid leukemia, 31 acute lymphocytic leukemia, and 40 healthy adults as control. The results showed that the serum GM CSF level increased in chronic aplastic anemia patients, and significantly decreased in acute and chronic leukemia patients. In conclusion, these findings indicated that secreting level of GM CSF is abnormal in patients with acute/chronic leukemias and chronic aplastic anemia.更多还原
