【摘要】 目的　观察复方虫草精华 (Lungfit,以冬虫夏草为主、黄芪为辅组成的复方制剂 )对正常小鼠及环磷酰胺 (CY)处理小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法　用不同剂量的Lungfit给小鼠连续灌胃 10d之后 ,采用MTT法检测脾淋巴细胞的增殖反应、NK细胞活性 ,同时测定小鼠脾脏、胸腺等免疫器官的重量。结果　Lungfit能促进PHA诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖反应 ,增强NK细胞活性 ,使脾脏增重、胸腺缩小 ,并拮抗CY引起的免疫抑制作用。结论　Lungfit具有免疫增强作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Lungfit (compound of Cordyceps sinensis and Astragalus membranaceus) on im mune function in normal mice and mice pretreat ed with cyclophosphamide (CY). Methods The lymphocyte prolif eration and the activity of NK cells were tested by MTT method, the weight of im mune organs such as spleen, thymus were measured after intragastric administrati on of different doses of Lungfit for 10 days consecutively. Results Lungfit could promote the lymphocyte proliferation, augment the NK cell a ctivity, increase the spleen weight, lessen the thymus weight, and antagonize th e immunosuppression caused by CY. Conclusion The Lungfit coul d potentiate the immune function.更多还原
