【摘要】 目的观察原发性肾病综合征(NS)患者体内血小板活化状态。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测36例NS患者血浆11-去氢-血栓烷B2(DH-TXB2),同时测定TXB2,并与对照组比较。结果与对照组比较,两组NS患者血浆DH-TXB2,TXB2均显著增高,且DH-TXB2增高程度明显高于TXB2,两组经治疗后难治性肾病组血浆DH-TXB2,TXB2无显著降低,而激素敏感组DH-TXB2、TXB2均显著降低,但仍高于对照组。经相关分析,血浆DH—TXB2,TXB2均与血浆ALB呈负相关,24小时尿蛋白定量呈正相关。结论 血浆DH-TXB2水平测定是准确反映体内血小板活化的指标,NS患者体内血小板高度活化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the platelet activation in patients with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (NS),Method Using ELISA, plasma 11-dehydrothromboxane B2(DH-TXB2) and thromboxane B2(TXB2) were detected in 36 NS patients and 20 controls.Results The results showed that the concentration of plasma DH-TXB2 and TXB2 in NS patients were significantly increased than that of normal group,and the degree of increased plasma DH-TXB2 was much higher than that of TXB2 After treatment , the indices were markedly decreased in steroid sensitivity group, not in steroid resistant group, but still higher than controls. The levels of plasma DH-TXB2 and TXB2 were both negtively correlated with serum albumin, postively with 24h urine protein.Conclusion DH-TXB2 concentration in the plasma could accurately reflect platelet activation and high levels of DH-TXB2 suggests high platelet activation in patients with NS.更多还原
