【摘要】 目的探讨急性自血病患者T淋巴细胞亚群与淋巴细胞电泳间的关系。方法T淋巴细胞亚群采用单克隆抗体致敏的红细胞花环直接法。淋巴细胞电泳采用单个核淋巴细胞电泳法。结果 急性白血病患者其快峰淋巴细胞数量增加,电泳率增加,其T3、T4淋巴细胞较正常减低,T4/T8比值较正常减低。结论急性白血病患者细胞免疫功能减低。更多还原
