用WO3+C纳米混合粉末制备堆焊用新型耐磨合金粉块

【摘要】 以纳米级的WO3+C混合粉末制备新型耐磨合金粉块,对该粉块进行了工艺性试验,并对堆焊层的组织、成分及硬度等进行了分析。试验结果表明:该粉块焊接工艺性良好,熔敷效率高;堆焊层组织细小,主要为富W碳化物(Fe6W6C)、针状马氏体和奥氏体,堆焊层中未有WC相形成。焊后堆焊层硬度在HRC60以上,最高可达HRC63。和微米级粉末相比,纳米粉末制备的粉块基体中的含W量高,组织细小,硬度高,适于耐磨堆焊。

【Abstract】 A new type wearing-resistant alloy powder block was made from nano-structured WO3+C composite powder. Processing performance test is made for the analysis of surfacing layer structure,composition and hardness,etc.The results showed that the powder block has good welding processing performance,high deposition efficiency with tiny structure in the surfacing layer mainly containing W-enriched carbides of (Fe6W6C), acicular martensite and austenite.The hardness of the surfacing layer was over HRC60,max.HRC63.Compared to the micron powder,nano-powder block is characterized by higher W content in matrix,tiny structure,higher hardness,suitable for wearable surfacing.
