强碱体系下制备铈锆复合氧化物
Preparation of Ce-Zr-O Compound Oxide Under Strong Base
【摘要】 在强碱作用下制得了铈锆超细氧化物,借助于X射线衍射、热重、激光粒度仪、比表面仪对该粉末的性能进行了研究。研究表明:随着锆含量的增加,Zr-Ce-O氧化物颗粒有增大的趋势;无水乙醇是一种较好的洗涤剂;作为反应原料,硝酸盐较氯化盐好;在强碱下,干磨比湿磨好。
【Abstract】 In the environment of strong base,ultrafine Ce-Zr-O powders were prepared.At the same time,the properties of the ultrafine powders were studied with aids of XRD,TG,laser particle sizer,specific surface measuring and testing instruments etc.The experiment showed that Zr-Ce-O particle size tends to become bigger with the increase of the zirconium content.Ethanol absolute is a good cleaning compound,the efficiency under the dry ball milling is better than that under the wet method milling.As a kind of reaction raw material,nitric salt is more suitable than chloride salt under the strong base.
