清热泻下法治疗鼻咽喉炎性疾病的临床观察
A Clinical Investigation on the Therapeutic Effect of Treating Method of Clearing Heat and Draining Precipitation on the Inflammatory Lesions in Nose and Throat
【摘要】 目的 探讨清热泻下合剂治疗鼻咽喉炎性疾病的疗效。方法 对鼻咽喉的炎性疾病的病人应用清热泻下合剂治疗并设对照组,观察临床疗效和作用机理。结果 清热泻下合剂和对照组比较有很好的疗效,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 清热泻下合剂治疗鼻咽喉炎性疾病有很好的临床效果,值得临床推广。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Heat-Clearing Precipitation-Draining Mixture (HCPDM ) on the inflammatory lesions in nose and throat. Methods Patients with inflammatory lesions in nose and throat were divided into treating group (TG )treated with HCPDM and controlling one (CG)treated with routine therapy. Then, the therapeutic effect and underlying mechanisms of the therapy were investigated among these cases. Results The therapeutic effect of HCPDM was superior to that of routine therapy,with a significant difference between the two therapies(P<0. 05). Conclusion HCPDM is effective for the treatment of inflam-matorv lesions in nose and throat.
