【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童青少年慢性鼻窦炎的有效治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析1998～2001年收治的310例(520侧)儿童青少年慢性鼻窦炎患者临床资料,分别采取保守治疗或手术治疗。结果 按1997海口会议标准评定疗效。痊愈124例(40％),好转152例(49％),无效34例(11％),总有效率89％。结论 儿童青少年慢性鼻窦炎应以保守治疗为主。保守治疗无效者针对与鼻窦炎有相关性因素施行手术治疗,可收到良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a more effective therapy for chronic sinusitis in children. Methods A retrospective study was carried out in a group of cases including 310 children (520 sides )with chronic sinusitis treated from 1998 to 2001, via a careful analysis on their clinical data. The therapeutic effectiveness of them was evaluated on the standards established at Haikou Conference (1997). Results Among the studied cases, 124 were cured (40%), 152 were improved (49%) and 34 mere not effective (11%), with a total effective rate of 89%. Conclusion Conservative therapy should be the first procedure to be taken for cases of children with chronic sinusitis. When this kind of therapy is failed, surgery can be taken to treat the associated pathological lesions with the development of sinusitis. In this way, better therapeutic effect will be obtained.更多还原
