【摘要】 伊拉克危机是近年来国际关系中的第一大热点问题 ,如何处理这一危机 ,使国际社会在经历前所未有的严峻考验。俄罗斯作为联合国常任理事国和负责任的政治大国 ,不仅与法、德两国共同举起主和派的大旗 ,始终强调用和平的手段解决伊拉克危机 ,而且从本国的外交政策基点出发 ,坚持独立自主的正义立场 ,比较客观地判断与预测伊拉克危机的发展进程 ,认真地评估美国绕开联合国悍然发动打伊倒萨战争的严重后果 ,积极协调反战主和的各种力量意欲力挽狂澜 ,且注重维护本国在伊拉克的经济与战略利益 ,从而进一步树立与加强俄罗斯的国际形象和国际地位更多还原

【Abstract】 As a standing member of the UN Security Council and a big political power in the world, Russia advocated for peaceful solution to the Iraq crises from beginning to end. Together with other peace parties of France and Germany, Russia actively coordinated various forces, which are against war and for peace, and tried to maintain the UN’s leading role in the settlement of internatial affairs, stressing that post-Iraq War reconstruction must be carried out under the framework of the UN. In addition, proceeding from the basic points of its foreign policies, Russia adhered to the self-reliance stance, judged and forecasted the process of the Iraq War in a relatively objective manner, and seriously evaluated the server aftermaths of America’s launching war on Iraq without UN’s authorization. Russia payed attention to safeguarding its economic and strategic interests in Iraq, which embodied the national interests principle in its foreign policies.更多还原
