【Abstract】 This paper presents the invenstigation on the structure of three compounds in Al-Nd-Si ternary system .Three compounds are synthesized by high frenquency melthing methods,namely K(NdAl 1.75 Si 0.25 ),M(NdAl 2 Si 2 and N(NdAl 1.25 Si 0.75 ).The crystalline structure of three compounds was investgated by X-ray diffraction. The results show that the compound K is cubic with a =7.986×10 -10 m,the intermetallic compound M and N is hexagonal with a =4.23×10 -10 m ? c =6.17×10 -10 m and a =4.276×10 -10 m? c =4.204×10 -10 m,resperctively.更多还原
