【摘要】 目的:建立妇洁喷雾剂的质量标准。方法:采用TLC对处方中的蛇床子、黄连、黄柏、花椒进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定蛇床子素的含量。结果:在TLC色谱中均能检测出蛇床子、黄连、黄柏、花椒,阴性试验未见干扰;蛇床子素在0.02～0.10μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9991;平均回收率为98.0%,RSD为0.57%。结论:所建立的TLC方法和HPLC方法准确、快速,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Offer standard for quality control of Fujie aerosol. Methods: Qualitative analyses of fructus cnidii, rhizoma coptidis, cortex phellodendri and pericarpium zanthoxyli by TLC method were developed. The content of osthol was determined by HPLC method. Result: The fructus cnidii, rhizoma coptidis, cortex phellodendri and pericarpium zanthoxyli can be identified by TLC with blank samples have no relative spots. Osthol have a good linear relationship between 0.02～0.10礸 (r=0.9991). The recovery of osthol was 98.0% and RSD was 0.57%. Conclusion: The TLC method and HPLC method were accurate and easy to carried out to control the quality of this preparation.更多还原
