【摘要】 目的:评价强心冲剂对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)模型大鼠血浆内皮素的影响。方法:用腹主动脉缩窄法造成慢性充血性心力衰竭大鼠模型,采用放射免疫检测方法,评价强心冲剂对慢性充血性心力衰竭模型大鼠内皮素的影响。结果及结论:CHF模型大鼠内皮素显著升高。生脉饮组内皮素显著低于模型组(P<0.05),强心冲剂高剂量组显著低于模型组(P<0.05),达到(35.854±7.961)pg/mL,与对照组比较无显著性差异。提示强心冲剂可以降低CHF模型大鼠内皮素,而强心冲剂中、低剂量对CHF模型大鼠内皮素无明显影响,提示强心冲剂疗效与剂量有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the effect of Qiangxinchongji on serum endothelin of chronic heart failure’s rats. Methods:The rat model of chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) induced by coarctation of abdominal aorta was used in this study, ET level was measured by means of radioimmunoassay to assess the effect of Qiangxinchongji. Result and Conclusion:Endothelin of CHF rat was significantly increased. Shengmaiyin group was apparently lower than model group (P<0.05). Qiangxinchongji group with high dose was significantly lower than model group (P<0.05) to (35.854±7.961)pg/mL. Shengmai group compared with Qiangxinchongji group were significantly different. It is showed Qiangxinchongji can decrease endothelin of CHF model rat, but middle and low dose of Qiangxinchongji was not apparently effect.
