【摘要】 目的:观察复方葶苈子胶囊治疗肺心病心衰临床疗效并作机理探讨。方法:随机将90例患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组45例。治疗组用复方葶苈子胶囊,对照组用多巴酚丁胺。两组均配合抗感染、吸氧、输液等支持治疗。结果:治疗组显效率55.56%,总有效率86.67%,与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:复方葶苈子胶囊可改善患者血气分析、血液流变学与动力学指标,提示其有强心利尿,改善肺换气与抗血液粘、稠、凝、滞的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Clinical & therapeutic effects on the treatment of pulmonary heart failure with compound capsule of Tinglizi were observed and its mechanism was explored. Method: 90 cases were divided into a treatment group and a control group by random. Each group consists of 45 cases. The cases in the treatment group were treated by compound capsule of Tinglizi while those in the control group were treated by dobutamine. Both groups were supported by the treatment of anti-infection, oxygen inhalation and transfusion, etc. Results: The notable effective rate and total effective rate were 55.56% and 86.67% in the treatment group. There were no obvious differences as compared with the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Compound capsule of Tinglizi can improve the blood gas analysis and the indexes of blood rheology and hemodynamics, and its mechanism has the functions of exerting a tonic effect on the heart to induce diuresis, improving pulmonary ventilation and resisting blood glutinosity, thickness, coagulation and stagnation.更多还原
