【摘要】 目的:观察活络止痛丸的消炎镇痛作用。方法:将SD大鼠随机分成5组,观察药物对角叉菜所致炎性足肿胀程度和炎症局部组织中组胺含量的影响。结果:活络止痛丸大剂量组与活络止痛丸小剂量组、益肾蠲痹丸组相比,组胺含量具有显著性差异(P<0.01),活络止痛丸大、小剂量组和益肾蠲痹丸组与模型组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);抑制模型大鼠炎症作用活络止痛丸各剂量组和益肾蠲痹丸组明显优于模型组。结论:活络止痛丸对炎症组织中组胺含量有明显降低作用,对于实验性炎症有明显抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe antiphlogistic and antalgic effcet of Huoluozhitong pill. Methords:To observe the pill’s effects on the strut degree of inflammatory feet caused by caragreen and histamine content in inflammation local organized liquid. Results:In histamine content part, compared Huoluozhitong pill in more dosage group with Huoluozhitong pill in less dosage group and Yishenjuanbi pill group, there was a distinct difference (P<0.01);Compared Huoluozhitong pill in more dosage group, in less dosage group and Yishenjuanbi pill group with model group,there was also a distinct difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05). In controlling model rats’ inflammation part, the two dosage groups of Huoluozhitong pill and Yishenjuanbi pill group were better than model group obviously (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:Huoluozhitong pill has an obvious reducing effect on histamine content in inflammatory organization and an obvious controlling effect on experimental inflammation.更多还原
