【摘要】 目的:探讨黄连素对消化系统功能的影响。方法:观察黄连素对小白鼠小肠推进运动的影响,对离体兔肠平滑肌自发性收缩活动的影响,以及对氯化钡和氯化乙酰胆碱引起离体兔肠平滑肌收缩的影响。结果:黄连素可显著抑制小白鼠小肠内的炭末推进率,显著抑制离体肠管平滑肌的自发性收缩和氯化钡、氯化乙酰胆碱引起的痉挛性收缩(降低收缩强度和蠕动频率)。结论:黄连素对消化系统功能具有极显著的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of Rhizoma Coptidis on function of digestive system. Methods:Observing the effects of Rhizoma Coptidis on propulsive activity of normal mice as well as contraction of isolated rabbit intestine. Results:Rhizoma Coptidis could inhibited the small intestinal propulsion in mice. It also inhibited the Ach as well as BaCl2 induced spasmodic and automatic contraction of isolated rabbit intestine. Conclusion:Rhizoma Coptidis could obviously inhibited the digestive activity.更多还原
