【摘要】 目的:探讨白虎追风丸对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠的治疗作用及其作用机理。方法:随机对照观察白虎追风丸组、对照组大鼠关节肿胀情况及血液中脂质过氧化物(LPO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量和活性。结果:白虎追风丸不仅抑制足跖肿胀,而且降低AA大鼠过高的LPO水平,同时还使其过低SOD和GSH-PX活性增高或恢复正常。结论:白虎追风丸对AA大鼠有抗炎和抗氧化作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of Baihu Zhuifeng Wan (BZW) on rats with rheumatoid. Method:The activities and contests of LPO, SOD and GSH-PX in blood in BZW group and control group were observed. Results:The result indicated that BZW has anti-inflammatory effect on rheumatoid artritis. It could decrease serum lipid peroxides and increase superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase level. Conclusion:BZW has anti-inflammatory effect and anti-oxidation effect on rats with rheumatoid arthritis.更多还原
