【摘要】 目的:探讨舒康汤对实验性慢性盆腔炎大鼠的治疗机理。方法:运用RT-PCR、Northern杂交、流式细胞术分析检测U937细胞CD18表达水平。结果:大鼠在接受慢性盆腔炎动物模型造模后,血液中胜粒细胞CD18 mRNA表达水平和膜蛋白数量均有明显提高,舒康汤则可明显抑制CD18的表达,而且舒康汤给药剂量越大,抑制作用越明显。结论:舒康汤可能通过抑制CD18的表达,抑制白细胞-内皮细胞的粘附,减轻了炎症反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the mechanisms of the therapy of Shukang decoction on chronic pelvic inflammation in rats. Methods: Northern blotting analysis and flow cytometry were used to measure the CD 18 expression of polymorphonuclear neutrophil rats with chronic pelvic inflammation before or after treated by Shukang decoction. Results : CD18 mRNA expression of polymorphonuclear neutrophil was markedly upregulated in rats after made for the model of the chronic pelvic inflammation, correlated with CD 18 protein expression in cellular membrane. Shukang decoction taken orally for 20 days could inhibit CD 18 expression upregulation. The higher dose of Shukang decoction is used, the more significantly effect could be seen. Conclusion: Shukang decoction could reduce the degree of inflammatory response by its inhibitory effects on CD 18 expression in polymorphonuclear neutrophil, on the adhesion between leucocyte and endocyte.更多还原
