【摘要】 目的:探讨解密胶囊治疗习惯性便秘的主要药效学。方法:观察解密胶囊对燥结失水便秘模型、复方地芬诺酯(DC)便秘模型及正常小鼠排便的影响,对小鼠小肠和大鼠大肠推进运动的影响,对小鼠肠容积的影响,对小鼠润肠通便作用的影响。结果:解密胶囊对燥结失水便秘模型小鼠、DC便秘模型小鼠及正常小鼠均有较显著的促进排泄的泻下作用;有促进正常动物小肠、大肠的推进运动,增强肠蠕动的作用;有较明显的减少肠道对水分吸收,增加肠管容积,使大便软化的润肠通便作用。结论:本试验为解密胶囊的进一步开发利用提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To research the main efficacy of habitual constipation of the Jiemi capsule. Method : Observing bowel emptiing effect of the Jiemi capsule for dry lost water constipation model, DC constipation model and normal mice, influence of mice small intestines and rat large intestine wriggle, influence of bowel capacity of mice and influence of wetting bowel and emptiing bowels of mice easily. Results : For drying lost water constipation model mice, DC constipation model mice and normal mice, the Jiemi capsule have showed remarkable function of promoting excretion and peristalsis of small intestines and large intestine of the normal animal, also strengthen the bowel peristalsis function. This capsule can decrease bowel humidity absorb obviously, increase the bowel tube capacity and make excrement softened. Conclusion : This experiment provides applied basis for further development of the Jiemi capsule.更多还原
