毒素清对大肠杆菌肺炎细胞因子的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察毒素清对老龄大鼠大肠杆菌肺炎细胞因子的影响,以期为老年人肺炎的深入研究提供依据。方法:20~22月龄老龄大鼠40只,分为正常组,模型组,毒素清高、低剂量组和诺氟沙星组,造模,灌胃生理盐水或药物,第6天动脉取血并分离血清,测TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和IL-8。结果:老年模型组IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均显著高于老年正常组(P<0.01),诺氟沙星组和毒素清高、低剂量组血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于老年模型组(P<0.01),三用药组间比较IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8水平无显著差异(P>0.05),毒素清小剂量组与诺氟沙星组相比TNF-α水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:毒素清能显著影响血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平,使其接近正常水平。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of Dusuqing, a combination of traditional Chinese medical herbs on the changes of cytokine on the escherihia colic pneumonia in order to provide basis for the explanation of the mechanisms of Dusuqing and discover it’s pathophysiological characters. Method: According to the principle of random, 40 SD aged rats(male,18~22 month old) were divided into aged normal group(ANG), aged model group(AMG), Dusuqing high dose group (HDG), Dusuqing low dose group(LDG) and norfloxacin group(NG), and were perfused through mouth into stomach seperately with physiological saline and Dusuqing (high dose, low dose), Norfloxation one time each day on one day before and after modeled, and one more time before modeled, perfused for 5 days continuely, assay the levels of TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和IL-8. Result:The level of serum TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6 and IL-8 AMG was higher than that of ANG significantly (P<0.01), and the level of serum TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6 and IL-8 of NG,HDG,LDG were lower than those of the AMG(P<0.01). Conclusion: DSQ could relieve the clinical symptoms and major injury of lung induced by super-excretion of inflame cytokine through decreasing the levels of serum IL-1β, IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in the aged rats with escherihia colic pneumonia.
