【摘要】 目的:对目前市场上青黛药材进行质量考察。方法:采用薄层色谱法、紫外分光光度法等对其进行定性、定量分析。结果:目前市场上青黛的质量存在较大差异,青黛中靛蓝的含量最高达3.12%,最低仅为1.29%。结论:应进一步规范青黛的生产工艺,完善质量标准,严把质量关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the quality of Indigo Naturalis in the market at present. Methods:To engage in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Indigo Naturalis by TLC and UV. Results:The qualitative differences of Indigo Naturalis in the market are clear, the highest content of Indigo of Indigo Naturalis is 3.12 percent, while the lowest content of that is only 1.29 percent.
