【摘要】 目的:观察丹芍汤对慢性原发性肾小球疾病尿IL-6水平的影响及临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性原发性肾小球疾病阴虚湿热证的患者随机分为丹芍汤组和西药对照组,检测治疗1个月前后的症状积分值、尿畸形红细胞数、24h尿蛋白量、BUN、SCr,并采集晨尿,用放射免疫法检测治疗前后的尿IL-6水平。结果:丹芍汤组在改善症状、减少血尿和降低尿IL-6方面均优于单纯西药组,丹芍汤组治疗后尿IL-6水平与正常组无显著差异,西药组尿IL-6含量仍高于正常组及丹芍汤组。结论:降低尿IL-6水平可能为丹芍汤清热祛湿、滋养肝肾的作用机制之一,中西医结合治疗对慢性原发性肾小球疾病的诊治有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influence of urinary IL-6 level and clinical effect of DanshaoTang (DST) in treating chronic primary glomerulopathy. Method: 60 cases of chronic primary glomerulopathy patients, we divided into DST group and control group in random, detected the indexes including symptom integral, 24h urinary protein quantitative examination, urinary poikilocytosis count, BUN, SCr and urinary IL-6 in fore-and after one therapy month. Result:Symptom integral, 24h urinary protein quantitative examination, urinary poikilocytosis count, BUN, SCr and urinary IL-6 all in two group went down, but symptom integral, urinary poikilocytosis count and the level of urinary IL-6 in DST group reduced more significantly than in control group. Conclusion: The effect of the DST is nourishing liver and kidney, eliminating dampness by cooling, which mechanism may be through reducing renal excrete the inflamed cytokine IL-6 which is osculation correlation with mesangial cell proliferation. The treament of integrated Chinese medicine and western medicine is superior to the treatment of western medicine.更多还原
