闭环控制电喷摩托车氧传感器安装布置的研究
Study on Oxygen Sensor Setting on Motorcycles with Closed-loop Control EFI System
【摘要】 本文针对闭环电喷摩托车的氧传感器安装布置问题 ,试验研究了摩托车发动机在不同运行工况和不同点火提前角条件下排气系统中三个位置的排气温度变化规律 ,分析了在各个位置安装氧传感器的优缺点 ,最后确定了两个可行的设计方案 ,并通过了实车 15 0 0 0km强化试验 ,证明这种方案可以满足闭环电喷摩托车的要求
【Abstract】 For setting the oxygen sensor on motorcycles with closed-loop control EFI system, tests are conducted on three different positions in exhaust system under various engine operating conditions and spark timings. Decision is made after analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of installing oxygen sensors on various positions, and two of the designs passed actual 15000km road driving test. Results indicate that these designs can meet the requirements of EFI motorcycles.
